Please read the ALSSP Refund and Exchange Policy detailed below before purchasing an ALSSP product and before requesting a refund or exchange.
- “Purchaser” or “You” means the person or company who made a purchase.
- “Refund” means the charged currency amount ALSSP shall credit the Purchaser as described herein.
- “Exchange” means the exchange of one type of an Exam for another type of Exam or membership as defined herein.
By purchasing a product(s) from ALSSP you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund and Exchange Policy. All approved Refunds and Exchanges are subject to a forty-five ($45) US dollar Administrative Fee. The Administrative Fee will be withheld from any refund / credit that is provided. Approved Refunds may be processed at ALSSP’s sole discretion through a store credit to be applied to future or alternative purchases. If at any point we decide to modify our Returns and Exchange Policy we will post those changes on this page. Policy modifications will apply only to purchases preformed after the date of the posted change. This policy was last modified on the date first shown below.
The provisions and legal aspects of this policy shall be governed by the province of Ontario in Canada.
Exam Products
Any services or products you purchase from ALSSP or the ALSSP Processing Center are eligible for refund and exchange if we receive your request within twenty four (24) hours of the time of purchase and you have not used any element of the service or product nor violated ALSSP Terms & Conditions in any manner. Refunds or exchanges requested after twenty four (24) hours of the time of purchase will be denied. In the event that a refund is issued to the Purchaser the Exam Product or any other products, services, badges or certifications will no longer be valid.
Accreditation and Membership Fees
Accreditation Fees and Any Membership Fees are non-refundable
Replacement Certificates
Replacement Certificate fees are non-refundable or exchangeable. Certificates containing errors that ALSSP is responsible for will be replaced by ALSSP free of charge.

Products purchased through the ALSSP Website WWW.ALSSP.ORG are subject to the terms detailed within this policy.
