We have made sure there is substantial information available on our website to address your Certification, Accreditation and Accredited Provider related questions. We also have a Registry which can be used to ‘Verify a Certification’. If you yet need help, please feel free to contact us with the form here and we will get in touch shortly. Alternatively, you can also email the relevant team member by emailing us on the email addresses provided below. We provide support almost exclusively via email, with very limited to no phone support. We aim to provide prompt, friendly, informative support. We do not outsource our support or employ low paid, unqualified support staff and so the volumes can sometimes be overwhelming for our office staff. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Our normal business hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00AM to 6:00PM (EST) and we aim to respond back to you within 48 business hours of receiving your inquiry. In some cases we may exceed those timelines when the inquiry volumes are high, we appreciate your patience in this regard.
